Department of Post Recruitment 2024: The Department of Post is inviting applications from qualified and eligible candidates for the post of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade), General Central Services, Gr-C, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. There are 78 vacancies open for the Department of Post Recruitment 2024. Candidate should not be more than the age of 56 years for applying to the indicated post. The selected candidates will be paid a monthly remuneration up to Rs.63200. The selection will be made on the basis of theory and practical tests in 2 stages.
Based on the official notification of the Department of Post Recruitment 2024, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 03 years. The applicant must have a knowledge of Motor Mechanism. In order to apply for Department of Post Recruitment 2024, interested and suitable candidates have to submit their duly filled application form along with the relevant documents to The Manager, Mail Motor Service, Kanpur GPO Complex, Kanpur-208001, Uttar Pradesh on or before the last date to apply. Based on the official notification of the Department of Post Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be given a monthly salary on Pay Level-2 i.e between Rs. 19900–63200 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Rs. 5200–20200+Grade Pay–1900 under 6th CPC] including Admissible Allowances will be regularized as per existing rules.
The engagement is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates for Department of Post Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 03 years.

Deputation or absorption of the officials in the other ministries-
From amongst the regular Dispatch Riders [Group-C] and Group-C in the Pay Matrix Level-1 Rs.18000-56900 as per the Revised 7th Pay Commission [PB-1 5200-20200 + Grade Pay-1800 under 61h CPC] in the Department of Posts who possess valid Driving License for driving Light and Heavy Motor vehicles on the basis of a Driving test to assess the competence to drive Light and Heavy Motor vehicles failing which from officials holding the post of Dispatch Rider on regular basis or regular Group-( employees in the Pay Matrix Level-1 Rs.18000-56900 as per the Revised 7th Pay Commission [PB-15200-20200+ Grade Pay-1800 under 6th CPC] in other Ministries of Central Government who fulfil the necessary qualifications as prescribed under-
