Department of Revenue Recruitment 2023: The Competent Authority Cell (CAC), Department of Revenue (DoR), Ministry of Finance (Government of India) has invited Applications from the Officers serving under the Central Government with the Eligibility for Deputationist Appointment on Registrar (Group ‘A’ Gazetted) Post in New Delhi vide the Department of Revenue Recruitment 2023 Office Memorandum Dated 11.07.2023. The Department of Revenue Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular has arisen for 01 Post Registrar with 01 Vacancy to be filled up in the Pay Band-3: Rs 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay Rs.6600 (Pre-Revised). The Crucial Date for receipt of Duly Completed Applications in respect of the Willing Officers Eligible for the Registrar Post is 05.09.2023.
The Head of the Department/Cadre Controlling Authority may forward the duly completed Applications of the Eligible Officers duly satisfying the Eligibility for the Post Registrar within the timeline published in the Department of Revenue Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, i.e., 05.09.2023. Based on the Department of Revenue Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum, the Officers to be appointed as Registrar on the Deputation Basis shall be entitled to the Monthly Pay Out explained hereunder:

According to the Department of Revenue Recruitment 2023 Office Memorandum, the Eligibility comprising Post-related Specific Requirements, Educational Qualifications, etc., Mandatory for Registrar Post on Deputation Basis in the Department of Revenue is as explained hereunder:
Deputation Basis:
Specific Requirements: Officers under the Central Government:
i) Holding Analogous on a Regular Basis Or Equivalent; Or
ii) With 05 Years’ Service in the Grade rendered post-Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in the Pay Level Rs. 8000-275-13500 (Pre-Revised) or Equivalent in the Pay Matrix in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or
iii) With 08 Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered post-Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in the Pay Level Rs. 6500-200-10500 in the Pay Matrix in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or
Experience: Managing Administration, Establishment and Accounts
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.) from the Accredited University; With
Based on the Department of Revenue Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum issued, Selection for the Registrar Post shall be carried through Deputation. However, the Officers shall be shortlisted on the basis of overall Eligibility Criteria. Such Officers who get shortlisted will be summoned to participate in the Personal Interaction for Appointment on Deputation Basis in the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.
The Period of Deputation Including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 03 Years notified thereby.
Based on the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Application Completion mandates the Submission of the Testimonials mentioned in the subsequent Part:
The Administrative Officer may forward Duly Completed Applications of Eligible Officers. Duly filled in Applications as per the Prescribed Specimen Proforma coupled with the Following Annexures receivable before 05.09.2023.
i) Up-to-date APAR Dossier of the Last Five Years. All Photostat of APARs may be forwarded duly attested by an Officer Not Below the Rank of Under Secretary or Equivalent
ii) Vigilance Clearance (VC)
iii) Statement indicating whether any Minor/Major Penalty was imposed or not during the last 10 Years
iv) Integrity Certificate (IC)
v) Cadre Clearance
