Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023: ERNET (Education and Research Network) India, the Department of Telecommunications (DoTs), Ministry of Communications (MoC), Government of India (GoI) has invited Applications from the Individuals Eligible for 06 Posts (Registrar & CPO, Senior Manager, Junior Hindi Translator, Accountant, Personal Assistant and Junior Assistant) with 08 Vacancies to be filled up On Deputation Bases vide the Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular Dated 27.04.2023. According to the Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 08 Vacancies for engaging the Selected Officers and Personnel on Deputation Basis of the Department of Telecommunications.

02. Senior Manager: Pay Level-13 of the Pay Matrix Rs.123100-Rs.215900

03. Junior Hindi Translator: Pay Level-06 of the Pay Matrix Rs.35400-Rs.112400

04. Accountant: Pay Level-06 of the Pay Matrix Rs.35400-Rs.112400

05. Personal Assistant: Pay Level-06 of the Pay Matrix Rs.35400-Rs.112400

06. Junior Assistant: Pay Level-04 of the Pay Matrix Rs.25500-Rs.81100

Maximum Age Limit for Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023:

According to the Department of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limit (On the Closing Date) Applicable for the Willing and Eligible Applicants is as follows:

01. Registrar & CPO Post:

Essential Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with PG Diploma in Personnel Finance And Relevant Experience. And Essential Eligibility stipulated and Prescribed against the Post.

02. Senior Manager Post:

Essential Educational Qualifications: B.Engg./B.Tech/M.Sc. or Equivalent in the related Field (*) with Minimum 60% Marks from any Duly-Recognized University/Institution; Or

M.Engg./M.Tech in the related field (*) with Minimum 60% Marks from any Duly-Recognized University/ Institution; Or

Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) in the related field (*) from any Accredited University/ Institution.

And Essential Eligibility stipulated and Prescribed against the Post.

03. Junior Hindi Translator Post:

Eligibility: Personnel holding Analogous Post in any Regular Capacity in other Ministries or Departments of the Government of India Or Autonomous Bodies Or Public Sector Undertakings; Or

i) having 06-Years’ Regular Service in the Posts in Level 05 (Rs.29200-92300) or Equivalent; Or

ii) having 10-Years’ Regular Service in the Posts in Level 04

And Essential Eligibility stipulated and Prescribed against the Post.

04. Accountant Post:

Educational Qualification with Experience and Desirable Knowledge: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from any Duly-Recognized University with 03 Years’ Experience in any Responsible Position in the area of Commercial, Finance and Accounts and having Working Knowledge of Computerized Accounting Packages.

Desirable: Experience in any Responsible Position in the area of Accounts, Finance, Budgeting, etc., in any organization of repute

And Essential Eligibility stipulated and Prescribed against the Post.

05. Personal Assistant Post:

Essential Qualifications: Graduate with Shorthand Speed of 120/100 Words Per Minute in English/Hindi with the Eligibility explained against the Post.

And Essential Eligibility stipulated and Prescribed against the Post.

06. Junior Assistant Post:

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate with Working Knowledge of Computers as Desirable.

And Essential Eligibility stipulated and Prescribed against the Post.

Selection Criteria under DOT Recruitment 2023:

Duly constituted Selection Committee shall carry through the Selection Process through Interviews. Only Shortlisted Candidates will be called in for participating in the Viva-voce/Interview, as may be decided.

Deputation Duration: The Period of Deputation, including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 05 Years for the Posts notified.

The Terms and Conditions of Deputation and Pay & Allowances will be governed in the Department of Personnel & Training Office Memorandum No.6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay-II) Dated 17.06.2010 and Office Memorandum No. 02.11.2017-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 24.11.2017 as amended from time to time.
