Pay Scale under DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

As per the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Appropriately Suitable Officer shall be issued the Appointment into Joint General Manager (PPP) Post with entitlement to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:

Pay Scale: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per the DFCCIL Policy).

Maximum Age Limit for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit with respect to the Candidates for the Joint General Manager (PPP) Post is as follows:

Eligibility for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

Service: The Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineering (IRSME)/Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) Or Officers of Mechanical/Electrical Department of Indian Railways Or Officers of Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertakings, etc.

Specific Requirements:

 Joint General Manager (PPP): The Officers under the Central Government/State Government working in Analogous Substantive Grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline Or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level 12) with 08-12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the Relevant Discipline Or the Officers of Public Sector Undertakings of Central Government/State Government Public Sector Undertaking Employees working in Analogous Grade in Relevant Discipline or in Rs.80000-220000 (IDA) (E5) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.

Selection Process under DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

As has been narrated in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection on the Notified Joint General Manager (PPP) shall be carried out by Deputation involving a Viva-voce/Personal Interview. Appropriately Suitable Candidate, post-Selection would be issued an Appointment on Joint General Manager (PPP) Deputation Basis.

The Deputation Tenure initially shall span 03-Years, which may be extended up to 05 Years [subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of immediate Absorption].
