DGH Recruitment 2023: Directorate General of Hydrocarbon (DGH) invites applications from officers of national oil companies/public sector oil marketing companies for the positions of Additional Director General (Exploration) and Additional Director General (Development) on deputation at the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons. As per the official notification, candidates with working experience in senior positions of managing E and P operations, E and P data generation and dissemination, basin modeling, reservoir prospecting and identification of exploration acreages will be considered.

1. Additional Director General (Exploration): Master’s Degree in Geology/ Geophysics.
2. Additional Director General (Development): Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum/ Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
Experiences for DGH Recruitment are given below.
1. Additional Director General (Exploration): As per the official notification candidates who have working experience in senior positions of managing E and P operations, E and P data generation and dissemination, basin modeling, reservoir prospecting and identification of exploration acreages will be taken into consideration.
2. Additional Director General (Development): Working experience at senior positions of managing E and P operations viz. field development, production, project monitoring, policy formulation and execution in upstream Oil and Gas.
Selected candidates would continue to draw their parent organisation pay, allowances and other facilities from their respective organisations, which shall be reimbursed to parent organisation by DGH.
