• Candidate must have at least 10+ years’ experience in program management and skill development initiatives, in the context of technology, preferably AI
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, industry trends, and workforce demands
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Commitment to the mission of skilling students in AI for societal impact and fostering innovation and inclusion.
• Previous experience with the setup of skilling programs would provide an advantage.

Ethics Officer

• Applicant must have 10+ years of experience in the fields of Technology Policy, Research &
• Development, Academia and Technology and coordinating with Ethics Committee
• Aspirants must have at least 2+ year of AI related experience
• Demonstrated expertise in AI ethics, including familiarity with Responsible AI tools and frameworks
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate dialogue on ethical AI practices
• Strong understanding of international AI ethics standards, regulations and their relevance in the Indian context.
• Commitment to the mission of promoting responsible AI innovation for inclusive growth and benefit democratization

Consultant – Project Management Unit (Responsible AI)

• Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the field of emerging technologies
• Applicant must have 1+ years of experience in AI project would be preferred.
• Aspirants must have a Demonstrated expertise in AI ethics, including familiarity with Responsible AI tools and frameworks
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate dialogue on ethical AI practices
• Strong understanding of international AI ethics standards, regulations and their relevance in the Indian context
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Manager (Human Resources and Administration)

• Candidate should have atleast 5+ years’ experience in human resources management and general administration, preferably in the technology or government sector.
• Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance within the organisation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive organisational growth and development.
• Prior experience in managing large-scale projects and handling complex administrative tasks effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

India Data Officer

• Applicant should have a Senior executive with 15+ years of experience spread across Data Governance, technology, technology policy and industry, with demonstrated expertise in data management and instituting data governance frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
• Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, technical experts, and industry partners
• Knowledge and familiarity with domestic and global data governance and AI policy developments.
