To fill positions for Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager on a Contract/Consolidated basis, Digital India Corporation (DIC) is currently accepting applications. There are six spots available for the aforementioned roles, per the official DIC Recruitment 2024 notification.

Qualification and Experience for DIC Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the DIC Recruitment 2024 must have the following qualifications and experience.

Deputy General Manager- Training Development

• Candidate should have a Master’s degree in any discipline preferably in Computer Science, Software
• Engineering or other related fields in Human Resources, Organizational Development etc.
• Applicant must have at least 09 years of experience in training and development.
• With  at least 4 years of experience in content development and management.

Senior Manager – Capacity Building

• Candidate should have a Master’s degree in any discipline preferably in Computer Science, Software
• Engineering or other related fields in Human Resources, Organisational Development etc.
• Applicant must have at least 06 years of experience in training and development
• Having conducted at least 2 research/ assessments for IT or e-Governance projects/ Skilling/ Need
• Assessment or a similar role.

Manager – Training Management

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Candidate should have at least 05 years of experience in training & development preferably as Training
• Facilitator or a similar role.
• Experience in conducting atleast 10 trainings & online programs in any learning platform/ tools.

Assistant Manager – Training Coordinator

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as training coordinator or similar role.
• Applicant must have a Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Applicant should have a Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounts or MBA (Finance).
• Aspirants must have 01 year of post-qualification experience in public accounting
• Preferably experience in a government organisation
• Expertise in GST, TDS, Audit and ROC CA
• Experience in communicating with senior-level personnel.

Desirable:

• Applicant must have an ICWA/ CA (Inter/ Final)
