Digital India Corporation Recruitment 2022: Digital India Corporation (DIC) has invited Applications from the Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria for Appointment to the Post Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Digital India Bhashini Division (DIBD). Digital India Corporation has been set up by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MEITy), Government of India. Digital India Bhashini Division (DIBD) is a an Independent Business Division under DIC. The DIBD is responsible for managing and executing the activities of the “National Language Translation Mission”.

Selection Process: Eligible Candidates shall be Shortlisted for a Personal Interview. The Final Selection of the Candidates will be subject to the Candidates’ satisfying the Eligibility and Performance in all respects to the utmost satisfaction of the Government of India.

Appointment Term: Purely on a Fixed Term Basis, until February 2025. The Appointment may be extended by a further period of up to 01 (One) Year at a time, Not Exceeding Aggregate 02 (Two) Years.

Education, Professional Qualifications:

The Applicant should be a Graduate with Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
and Masters in Business Administration (or Equivalent), with 10 Years’ Experience in Strategizing, Planning and Managing Technological Interventions in Senior Executive Roles.

However, the Criteria for Education Qualification in respect of the Candidates having Strong Experience may be relaxed.

Desired:
i) Proven Leadership Ability in Strategising, Planning and Managing Technological Interventions at a large scale;

ii) Experience in Designing and Executing the Procurement Processes (including for the Challenge Mode) for procuring Technological Solutions/Products/Services;

iii) Exposure in Senior Executive Roles to Diverse Management Techniques and Capacity-building;

iv) Experience of Building and Managing Stakeholder Networks;

v) Strong Analytical Skills, including in operational and Financial Analysis, Benchmarking and Trend Analysis;

vi) Strong Communication Skills with ability to articulate the Results and Issues.
