DMRC Recruitment 2024: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is accepting applications from hard-working and interested applicants for the post of Project Director (Civil) on an absorption/deputation basis. The upper age limit on deputation basis should be 55 years and on absorption basis the maximum age should be 57 years. The selected applicants will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 120000-Rs. 280000 IDA (on absorption basis). There are 04 seats available for the mentioned position.
The tenure period for DMRC Recruitment 2024 is on a deputation basis, initially for a period of five (05) years, extendable for a further period of seven years and the probation period will be one year. The candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering from a government-recognized university or institute. The mode of selection for DMRC Recruitment 2024 will be determined by a personal interview(online Mode) and a Medical fitness examination. The officer should have varied experience of working in the construction/maintenance department, in civil engineering, in the Indian Railways/ PSUs and be conversant with functioning in a computerized environment. Pay scale eligibility criteria:
For candidates working in the CDA pay scale in any government organization, Railways/ PSUs:
Officers working in the CDA Pay scale at Level 14 (144200–218200) as per 7th CPC in any government . organization or, PSU on a regular basis, including service put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 (eighteen) years’ service at the Gazetted / Executive level. OR,
Candidates working on the IDA pay scale in any government organization or PSU:
Officers working in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000–280000 in any government organization, or PSUs, on a regular basis, including service put in on a deputation basis, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 (eighteen) years of service at the Gazetted/Executive level.
Mode of Selection for DMRC Recruitment 2024:
The selection method for DMRC will be based on a personal interview and medical fitness examination.
On a deputation basis: The selection methodology for candidates applying on a deputation basis shall comprise of personal interview.
On an absorption basis: The screening methodology for candidates applying on Absorption basis will be comprised of Personal Interview and Medical fitness examination.
The interview will be held in the Fourth Week of November 2024 (Tentatively) through online Mode (tentatively).
