Qualification and Experience for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Resource Person-

• Class XII + 3 years experience in TV/Doordarshan programme production and Coordination. OR
• Graduation with a professional diploma in radio & TV Programme Production/Mass Communication/Journalism.

For Video Assistant-

• Professional Degree/Diploma in Videography.

Desirable-

• Two years experience in TV/ Doordarshan Programmes.

For Post Production Assistant-

• Professional Degree/Diploma in film video Editing.

Desirable-

• Two years experience in TV/ Doordarshan.

For Makeup Assistant Beautician/Hair Dresser-

• Professional Degree/Diploma in Make-up.

Desirable-

• Two years of experience working in a professional parlour.

For Set Assistant-

• Candidates should pass Class – XII.

Desirable-

• Two years experience in set erection for TV/Doordarshan Programmes.

Salary for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a salary on the basis of per assignment.

• The selected candidates for the post of Resource Person, Makeup Assistant Beautician/Hair Dresser and Set Assistant will get a remuneration of Rs. 3000/- per assignment up to a maximum of 07 Assignment month and 84 in a Year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Post Production Assistant will get a remuneration of Rs. 3500/- per assignment up to a maximum of 07 Assignment month and 84 in a Year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Video Assistant will get a remuneration of Rs. 5000/- per assignment up to a maximum of 07 Assignment month and 84 in a Year.

Selection Process for Doordarshan Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Doordarshan Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of the screening process. Selected candidates will be assigned for the assignment on an “As and when required” basis as per program exigencies.
