The DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has arisen with 01 Vacancy to be filled up for the Fixed Duration Contractual Post Consultant/Senior Consultant for Minimum 01 and Maximum 03 Years’ Contractual Duration notified in the DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice.

Designation: Consultant/Senior Consultant
Vacancy: 01 No.
Engagement Term: The Appointment of the Selected Candidate shall remain on a Contractual Basis. The Initial Tenure of Engagement for the Individual/Candidate as a Consultant/Senior Consultant shall remain for Maximum up to 03 Years subject to Renewal Every Year.
Posting Location: New Delhi
Based on the DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration to accrue to the Consultant/Senior Consultant shall remain, as is explained hereunder:
The Selected Professional shall be reimbursed a Fixed Monthly Amount shall be Admissible, arrived at by deducting the Basic Pension from the Pay drawn at the time of Retirement. Remuneration in respect of the Retired Government Employee will be fixed as per the Department of Expenditure Office Memorandum No.3-2512020-E.III.A Dated 09.12.2020).
Based on the DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limit fixed for Retired Central Government/State Government Employees is as follows:
Age Limit: 63 Years.
According to the DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Mandatory Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification with Post-Qualification Experience shall remain as hereunder:
Educational: Minimum Educational Qualification is a Master’s Degree in Laws.
Experience: Minimum 15 Years’ Work Experience in Middle Management Level/Executive Head in Technical as well as Administration.
Desirable:
i) Applicants with Magister Philosophiae (M.Phil.)/Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) would be preferred for the Selection Process.
ii) Preference would be given to the Candidates having a Specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).
• Candidates with Experience more than Minimum Requirement.
• Prior Working Experience in the Intellectual Property Rights.
• Prior Experience of Working in any Government Organization/Department.
Based on the DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, Selection on Consultant/Senior Consultant Post shall be carried out by Personal Interaction.
Duration: Post-Selection, the Contractual Duration of the Professional appointed as Consultant/Senior Consultant shall be Initially 01-Year (Full-Time) which stands Extendable up to 03 Maximum Years.
The Initial Tenure of Engagement for the Individual/Candidate as a Consultant/Senior Consultant shall remain for Maximum up to 03 Years subject to Renewal Every Year.
Continuation of the Consultant in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), beyond 03 Years, for up to additional 02 Years will be considered on a case-to-case basis by the Competent Authority in the Department.
