DRDO Recruitment 2023: The Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC), Ministry of Defence, Government of India has sought Online Applications from the GATE (Graduate Aptitude in Test in Engineering) Qualified Young Professionals Eligible for Scientist “B” in Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) in 11 Disciplines with 181 Vacancies to be filled up in Pay Matrix Level 10 (Rs.56100) of the 7th Central Pay Commission vide the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Date. Based on the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, 181 Vacancies for DRDO Scientist ‘B’ include 73 Vacancies earmarked for Un-Reserved Category Candidates.
The Last Date, in accordance with the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, for Scientist ‘B’ in Group ‘A’ (Gazetted) Technical Service known as Defence Research & Development Service (DRDS) shall close on the 21st Day from the Date of Activation of Online Registration Link at the RAC Website. Total Emoluments (inclusive of HRA and all other Allowances) at the time of Joining will be Approximately Rs. 1.00 Lac Per Month at the present Metro City Rate.
According to DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Age Limits stipulated for DRDO Scientist ‘B’ as on the Closing Date for receipt of Online Applications, should be read as hereunder:

I) 1st to 5th, 8th, 9th, and 11 Posts: Graduate/B.Sc. in the Allied Disciplines in 1st Class from the Duly Recognized University College/Equivalent Institute with Valid GATE Score in the Subjects.
II) 6th, 7th, and 10 Posts: Post Graduate/M.Sc. in the Allied Disciplines in 1st Class from the Duly Recognized University College/Equivalent Institute with Valid GATE Score in the Subjects.
The Selection Criteria for Selection of the Appropriately Suitable Scientists ‘B’ in Group ‘A’ (Gazetted) Technical Service Defence Research & Development Service (DRDS) shall be carried out based on the the GATE Score and Personal Interview.
Based on the DRDO Recruitment 2023, the Application Fee to be remitted Online is as follows:
I) General (Un-Reserved), EWS and OBC Male Candidates to pay Rs 100 (Rupees One Hundred) only payable Online only.
