DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Consultant on a contract basis. As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 years which can be extended for 2nd year as decided by a competent authority. The discipline of Domain, where the engagement of a consultant is required, Working Knowledge of High-Speed Videos cameras. Processing of High-speed video records of different trials. Candidates should have Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Outline of the tasks to be carried out. Prepare layout plans of High-Speed cameras and allied equipment as per trial. Participate in High-Speed Photography trials. Analyzing high-speed video records. Prepare technical report.

Remuneration and conveyance allowance for Pensioners:
A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period. A fixed monthly amount as conveyance allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place- of work shall also be allowed @ Rs. 3000 for pay level upto level-11.

A fixed monthly amount of Rs. 50000 (For level 11) shall be admissible. The amount shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. There will be no annual increment/ percentage increase during the contract period. A fixed monthly amount as conveyance allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place of work shall also be allowed @ Rs. 3,000 for pay level -11.
