DRDO Recruitment 2023 for Consultant: Check Post, Experience and How to Apply
DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications in New Delhi at LSRB for the engagement of Retired Government Officials as ‘Consultant’ on a Contract Basis in LSR. According to the official notification, there is only 01 vacancy in this given post. As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the experience required for the post is Officers/Officials as per TOR of relevant postcode above and who have retired (in respective Pay Level) From Central/State Govt., PSUs, Autonomous bodies, Govt. R&D Organization possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which he/she is applying.
According to the official recruitment notification, the age limit required for the post is a maximum of 63 years. Interested eligible retired officials of Central Government/ State Government / PSU / Autonomous bodies as eligible may submit their applications in the enclosed format (Annexure-l) along with a copy of documents as referred in the applications to The Member Secretary, Life Sciences Research Board (LSRB), DRDO HQ Annexe, 4th Floor old LASTEC Building, Metcalfe House, Delhi 110054. The applications can also be sent by email to ([email protected]) with the subject line “Application for Consultant”. Incomplete/ ineligible applications/applications sent to an address other than mentioned address or applications received after the closing date will be rejected automatically without any intimation.

According to the official notification, the experience required for the post is mentioned below:-
a) Officers/Officials as per TOR of relevant postcode above and who have retired (in respective Pay Level) From Central/State Govt., PSUs, Autonomous bodies, Govt. R&D Organization possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which he/she is applying.
b) Persons possessing experience having worked with DRDO would be accorded preference during selection/appointment.
c) He/she should have effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for an in-depth examination of his/her areas of work.
d) To have practical knowledge and experience in handling Accounts/financial matters/ documents of R&D Projects.
According to the official recruitment notification, the monthly pay scale will be a minimum of Rs. 60000, and a maximum should be Rs. 180000
