DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) on a contract basis. As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 02 (Two) years. Further, this may be upgraded as Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for a period of one year (3rd Year). SRF may again be extended for a period of one more year (4th Year) based on performance. There are 13 vacancies.
As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 31000 and selected candidates will get Residential Accommodation. In case of non-availability of accommodation, HRA will be paid as per admissible rules. Candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 28 years. The upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging to SC/ST is up to 5 years and OBC is up to 3 years as per Govt. rules. Candidates will be selected through a written test/interview. Short-listed candidates shall be called for a written test/interview. If a written test is conducted, the short-listed candidates in the written test shall only be called for an interview. Candidates should have First Class B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC) with valid GATE Score or First Class B.E / B. Tech & First Class ME / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC).
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Candidates should have First Class B.E/B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC) with valid GATE Score or First Class B.E / B.
