DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is seeking online applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Scientist ‘B’ in Electronics and Communication Engg, Mechanical Engg, Electrical Engg, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engg, Civil Engg, Mathematics, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engg, Material Engg/Material Science & Engg/Metallurgical Engg and Computer Science & Engg discipline. As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a GATE score. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through the RAC website. The application fee for the General/EWS/OBC category is Rs.100 and SC/ST/PwBD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, there are 181 openings to be filled for the above-mentioned posts. The candidates of the UR category should be the age of 28 years, OBC (NCL) candidates should be the age of 31 years and SC/ST candidates should be the age of 33 years. Interested and eligible candidates have to submit their online application from the official website on or before the last date. The other mode of application will not be considered. As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the last date to submit the application is 21 days after the released notification.

In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs.100000.
As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of their GATE score. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through the RAC website. The final selection of PwD(HH), PwD(LD), and PwD(AAV/Dw) candidates against the vacancies reserved for them in the applicable disciplines will be purely on the basis of combined merit of aggregate of 80% weightage of GATE score and 20% weightage of marks in Personal Interview.
As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs.100 as an application fee and SC/ST/PwBD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
