DRDO Recruitment 2023: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is now looking to recruit young, dynamic and qualified individuals to engage in Junior Research Fellowship for various disciplines. According to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the engagement will be done for five (05) available fellowships. The number of available positions may change based on the needs at the time of the walk-in interview. If no candidates are appointed through a regulated selection procedure, the position will be left unfulfilled. The upper age limit of applicants will not be considered if he/she is above 28 years as of the date of the scheduled interview. Age relaxation will be allowed for SC/ST applicants for up to 5 years and OBC candidates for up to 3 years. Appointed candidates would be paid Rs.37,000/- per month for the first and second years.
With respect to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the hired candidates will not be liable to get paid for other allowances, such as retirement benefits, bonuses, CCAs, or DAs. Candidates who meet the requirements shall attend the planned interview on 03.11.2023 at 0900 hrs at DMSRDE Transit Facility (Near DRLM Puliya), DMSRDE, G. T. Road, Kanpur. Additionally, they must provide all original copies of their transcripts, certificates, testimonies, community certificates (if applicable), GATE/NET scorecards, and ID evidence (driver’s license, voter ID, AADHAR card, pan card, or passport). Candidates employed by the government, nonprofit organizations, or autonomous entities should apply through the appropriate channels.
As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the recruited candidates for the current fellowships will have no rights for further employment in DRDO.

As per the official DRDO Recruitment 2023 announcement, the recipient of the fellowship will not be granted any further employment rights inside the DRDO. If there are no appropriate candidates, the Director, DMSRDE retains the right not to pick any candidate.
