DRDO Young Scientist Laboratory- Artificial Intelligence (DYSL-AI) is recruiting qualified candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow. There are 02 vacant seats available for DRDO Recruitment 2024.

Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

The maximum age limit is 28 years as on the date of the interview to apply for DRDO Recruitment 2024.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be provided a monthly stipend of Rs.37000 plus HRA as applicable (at present 27%). Hence, the total emoluments will be Rs.46990. Based on the availability, accommodation can be provided, in which case, HRA will be educated.

Qualification for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

• The candidate should have a Graduate degree in a professional course (B.E/B.Tech) in the first division with NET/GATE. (OR)
• The candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in a professional course (M.E/M.Tech) in the first division both at the Graduate and Post Graduate Level. (OR)
• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Basic Science in the first division with NET Qualification.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have Strong fundamentals in problem-solving, algorithm design and complexity analysis.
• The candidate should have expertise in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++ or similar).
• The candidate should have knowledge of classical AI algorithms, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Techniques is strongly desirable.
• The candidate should have proven experience with software libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, TensorRT and PyTorchMobile.

Either one of the following-

• The candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of speech and language technology, including speech recognition and natural language understanding/NLP/Machine Translation. (OR).
• The candidate should have Comprehensive knowledge of 3D Vision Simultaneous Mapping and Localization (SLAM), and ROS. (OR)
• The candidate should have Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Vision including Generative Models. (OR)
• The candidate should have Comprehensive knowledge of Reinforcement Learning.

Tenure for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will be engaged initially for a period of 02 years as JRF and will subsequently be elevated as SRF for the remaining 02/03 years, subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed annually and as per DRDO rules.
