EdCIL Recruitment 2022: EdCIL (India) Limited is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions as General Manager (Projects), Deputy General Manager (Digital Education Systems), Assistant Manager (Digital Education Systems), Assistant Manager (Human Resources), Assistant Manager (Overseas Education Service), Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication), Assistant Manager (Social Media), Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager (Finance).

This recruitment has a total of 11 vacancies. Candidates who are interested should read the job description and apply using the link provided in the official notification. The applicant should have at least 16 years of post-qualification work experience in project execution and service delivery/ marketing/ consultancy IT/ ICT projects/ human resource management. Selected candidates will be assigned to the IDA pay scales of Rs 80000- 220000 (E-5), Rs 70000-200000 (E-4), and Rs 40000-140000 (E-1). In addition to basic pay, they will be entitled to DA, HRA / leased accommodation, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities, Perks, superannuation benefits (i.e. PF, Gratuity, PRMS, NPS), and other benefits as per company rules. The last date for submission of the online application is hereby extended till 10.11.2022 (till 5.00 pm).

1. General Manager (Projects): BE/ B.Tech (Information Technology /Computer Science/ Electronic & Communication Engineering) or MBA / PG Diploma in Business Administration (2 years full-time course with specialization in HR/ Personnel from a recognized institute).

2. Deputy General Manager (Digital Education Systems): BE / B Tech / M.Tech (Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics & Communication Engineering).

3. Deputy General Manager (Projects): BE / B Tech (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication Engineering).

4. Assistant Manager (Digital Education Systems): MBA/ PGDM specializing in Human Resource/ Personnel Management (2 years full-time).

5. Assistant Manager (Human Resource): Essential: BE/ B Tech (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication Engineering).

Job Description for EdCIL Recruitment 2022

General Manager (Projects)

1. To manage and oversee the project management and execution functions of various company projects.

2. To establish excellent service delivery rapport with client organizations including Central/State Govt., PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Institutions and Overseas Govt., Department/Authorities for achieving the business and service delivery objectives.

3. Coordinate the activities, operations, resources and personnel of the service verticals as required, including Operations and project management services, Digital Education, etc.

4. To oversee online recruitment, Industrial Relations, manpower planning, HR function, etc.

Deputy General Manager (Digital Education Systems)

1. The candidate would be a key member in the IT/ICT/Digital Education vertical of the Company and should possess hands-on experience in building ICT Infrastructure, and servicing, preferably in the education sector relating to IT/ ICT products and services.

2. He / She should be capable of delivering successful ICT projects and shall have experience in project execution including procurement & tendering activities for institutional clients across Govt./PSU verticals.

3. Extensive knowledge of and ability to use education technologies with high communication, collaboration, influencing and teamwork skills.

Deputy General Manager (Projects)

1. To manage and oversee the project management and execution functions of various company projects.

2. Coordinate the activities, operations, resources and personnel of the service verticals as required, including Operations and project management services, Elementary and Higher Education, etc.

3. To oversee online recruitment, Industrial Relations, manpower planning, HR function, etc.

4. Preparation and Evaluation of Tender Documents, overseeing and monitor for project activities, liaison with stakeholders

Assistant Manager (Digital Education Systems)

1. Implementation of smart classes, Wi-Fi on campuses

2. Execution of education technology projects including rolling out virtual classrooms, digital campuses initiatives, IT content development

3. Implementing ERP Systems across multiple client sites on cloud/ premises.

4. Building & monitoring IT Infrastructure servicing in digital education products and services and content development process.

5. Executing the IT strategy of the company.
