EdCIL is accepting applications from suitable candidates for the post of STEM Teachers for the Royal Government of Bhutan. There are a total of 100 vacant seats available for the aforesaid position, as per the official notification of EdCIL Recruitment 2024.

Tenure for EdCIL Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of EdCIL Recruitment 2024, the tenure of posting shall be a minimum of 2 years, and the teachers may be posted anywhere in Bhutan. The tenure may be renewed based on mutual agreement of the employer (the Royal Government of Bhutan) and the candidate.

Remuneration for EdCIL Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of EdCIL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 140000 from the date of joining.

Age Limit for EdCIL Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of EdCIL Recruitment 2024, the age limit is given below:

• The maximum age limit should be 55 years as on 16-01-2024 (date of start of online applications).

Essential Qualifications and Experience for EdCIL Recruitment 2024:

In order to apply for EdCIL Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have a degree of graduation from a recognised university.

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognised university with at least 60% marks.
• The candidates should have a Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized university is mandatory for teachers applying for the posts of PGT Mathematics, PGT Chemistry and PGT Physics.
• The candidates should have Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) A degree from a recognized university is preferable (not mandatory) for the post of PGT Computer Science / ICT.
• Proficiency in teaching in English Language.

Experience–

• The PGT teacher must have 5 year’s work experience in teaching in relevant subject in 11th and 12thGrades.
• The candidate should have high proficiency in use of technology for education.

Based on the official notification of EdCIL Recruitment 2024, the required documents are listed below: The application printout with a photograph affixed will also have to be submitted during document verification at the time of interview along with the original self-attested copies of certificates in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, etc. as applicable.

• E-Mail ID;
• Personal and Educational qualification details (Marksheets of standard X (10th), XII (12th),final marksheets of Graduation and Post-graduation);
• Scanned Copy of Recent Photograph (not more than 3 weeks old in jpg/jpeg format);
• Scanned Copy of Signature with Black ink pen (in jpg/jpeg format);
• Size of the image should be minimum 20 kb and maximum 50 kb;
• Work experience certificate with last pay drawn;
• Passport or Voter-ID as ID-proof

Selection Process for EdCIL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of EdCIL Recruitment 2024, the candidate will be selected on the basis of an interview. There will be two rounds of interview, a preliminary online interview followed by a physical interview. The shortlisted candidates shall be informed about the schedule of interview via their registered mail ids only. Based on the online interview, candidates shall be shortlisted for physical interview.
