EIL Recruitment 2022: Engineer India Limited recruiting graduates for Deputy General Manager post falling in the age group up to 40 Years. As per the notification, the candidates have to submit their online applications to get registered for EIL recruitment till 1st June 2022. The selection of the candidates is to be done through the requirements of the job and document verification.
EIL is doing Recruitment for the Post of Chief General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager.
EIL is looking for suitably qualified, experienced and motivated professionals to partner in its growth story. Currently, we are looking for:
a) Professionals (with experience in the operation and/or maintenance of Ammonia and Urea based fertilizer plants) for the position of Chief General Manager
b) Legal professionals for the positions of General Manager and Deputy General Manager

B.E. /B.Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks. Chemical Engineering Graduates shall have added advantage.
Minimum 23 years, out of which majority should be in the Operation and/or Maintenance of Ammonia and Urea based fertilizer plants. Last five years’ experience should be in senior management position as Operation Head (Ammonia/ Urea/ Bagging)/ Maintenance Head/ Project Head. Experience in Pre-commissioning/ commissioning of ammonia and urea plant projects will be an added advantage. Should have knowledge of fertilizer policies of India.
Degree in law (full time) with minimum 50% marks from recognized University/Institute in India.
Minimum 19 years experience in the areas as mentioned above for General Manager.

Minimum 21 years (at least 5 years in a senior Management position) in any of the following organizations/entities:
1) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department of a Public Sector Undertaking or a Statutory Corporation
2) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department in a Central/State Government Department/Undertaking/Institution
3) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department in a Central/State Regulatory Body
4) As a Judicial Officer in the Judicial Services of any State.
5) As an Executive in the Legal Department of a Large Private Sector Organization/Company of repute as an employee of that Company.
Candidates should have experience of working in any of the following areas:
i) Arbitration (including commercial arbitration) & Conciliation matters, Industrial/ Labour law matters and other dispute resolution
mechanisms
ii) Drafting & Vetting various Legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters etc.
iii) Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal) before different Judicial/Quasi-Judicial Forums, All things equal, Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry.
The candidate should have served EIL for a minimum period of two years at the time of selection.
The candidate should have served at least one year in one level below the position applied/advertise.
The candidate should not already have been given the advantage of Rationalization Clause at any level.
Place of Posting For Engineers India Limited Recruitment 2022
The place of posting for above positions may be at Delhi/Gurugram/Noida. However, the place of posting can be anywhere in India and abroad depending upon the requirement.
The mode of selection for the position will be through interview, generally at Delhi or through video conferencing. (Venue/Mode of Interview shall be intimated separately to the shortlisted candidates).
