i) Post Name: Senior Manager

Upper Age Limit: 40

Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering with MBA (except obtained through correspondence course) with specialization in Marketing having a minimum of 65% marks.

Experience:

– Minimum 11 years of experience in Sales and Marketing experience in overseas projects undertaken with funding support from institutions like EXIM banks, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European/Japanese Banks, and other financing institutions.

– International sales and marketing experience in Africa/CIS/South East Asia regions.

ii) Post Name: Manager

Upper Age Limit: 36

Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering with MBA (except obtained through correspondence course) with specialization in Marketing having a minimum of 65% marks.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of sales and marketing experience for industrial projects in Railways/Defence/ Power/Metallurgy sectors in India.

Monthly Salary:

Job Location: Delhi or Gurugram

Age Relaxation:

The upper age limit mentioned under “Eligibility and desired qualification/experience” is relaxable by 5 years for SC candidates and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.

i) Upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-Servicemen.
ii) Upper age limit is relaxable for Departmental candidates.
