EPFO Recruitment 2023:Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is seeking applications from willing and suitable candidates for the post of Joint Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director in Information Services. As per the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, there are 42 vacancies open for the given posts. The maximum age limit should not exceed 56 years to apply. The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary up to Level 12 in the pay matrix. The selected candidates will be appointed in Delhi.
As given in the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a deputation basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 05 years. The candidates have to submit their duly filled application form along with the supporting documents to Shri Deepak Arya, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II (HRM-II), Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 14 Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066 on or before the last date. The other application mode will not be entertained.

Qualification for EPFO Recruitment 2023:
According to the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications and experience are given below-
For Joint Director-
Candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. OR
Candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.
Candidate should have Eight years post qualification experience in one or more Database Management or Operating Systems or Network Systems of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution. OR
Candidate should have a degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.
Candidate should have Eight years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 1 year of experience should be in actual Programming.
For Deputy Director-
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. OR
Candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.
Candidates should have Five years post-qualification experience in relevant areas* of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution. OR
Candidate should have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.
Candidates should have Five years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 1 year of experience should be in actual Programming.
For Assistant Director-
Candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. OR
Candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
Candidate should have Three years post qualification experience in relevant areas of programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or any recognized Institution. OR
Candidate should have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.
Candidate should have Three years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 01 year of experience should be in actual Programming.
In accordance with the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary up to Rs.209200.

Eligibility Criteria for EPFO Recruitment 2023:
As mentioned in the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the required eligibility criteria for the specified posts are mentioned below-
For Joint Director (IS)-
Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
With five (05) years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-11 in the Pay Matrix [Rs. 67,700-2,08,700] in the parent cadre or department.
For Deputy Director (IS)-
Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department. OR
With five years of regular service in the grade in posts in level-10 in the Pay Matrix [Rs.56.100-1,77,500] in the parent cadre or department.
For Assistant Director (IS)-
Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department. OR
With 03 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-8 in the Pay matrix [Rs.47,600-1,51,100] in the parent cadre or department.
As per the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a deputation basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 05 years which not be extendable.
As given in the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023 notification, suitable and desirous candidates should obtain the prescribed format from the official notification and send the same duly filled application form along with the necessary documents to Shri Deepak Arya, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II (HRM-II), Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 14 Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066 with superscribed as “The Post Applied For____________” on or before the last date.
