ESIC Recruitment 2023: The Office of Dean, ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) Medical College PGIMSR (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research) & Hospital has invited Suitable Medical Specialists for Contractual Engagement of Junior Residents (JR) Posts based on the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Dated 19.07.2023. The ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice issued for Junior Resident Post has been allocated 24 Vacancies to be filled up against Short-Term Contractual Basis in various Specialty Departments notified therein. Based on the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Junior Resident Posts with 24 Vacancies are irrespective of Reserved Community.
According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notification, among the Eligible Medical Specialists, those Willing for Junior Resident Posts may complete the Application as per Specimen Proforma. Such Candidates with duly completed Applications and Relevant Documents (Both Self-Attested Set as well as Original) may report for Walk-Interview on the Appointed Day 28.07.2023. The Walk-in-Interviews for the Willing and Eligible Applicants with duly completed Applications with the Mandatory Testimonials shall be conducted on the premises of the ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Kalaburagi. Hence, 28.07.2023 is the Last Date for Application Submission by the Intending Candidates with meeting Eligibility Junior Resident Posts.
As may be referred to the Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Walk-in-Interviews for Selection on Junior Resident Posts in shall be held on 28.07.2023 as per the Appointed Interview Schedule and on the ESIC Premises/Venue. Accordingly based on ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, Junior Resident Eligible Interested Candidates may carry all the duly completed Applications and Required Documents (i.e., Self-attested Photocopy Set and Original for Pre-Interview Verification or Post-Interview Scrutiny.

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration Admissible for Junior Residents remains as follows:
Monthly Pay: Rs. 100307 (Rupees One Lac Three Hundred and Seven) Plus Other Perks (TA, DA) Admissible
ESIC has adopted a Consolidated Remuneration Structure for Contractual Medical Posts (Senior Resident) as per the ESIC Head-Quarters Letter No. Z -17/11/1/2007/Med. IV Dated 13.04.2022 and 08.12.2022 respectively.
According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Post-specific varying Age Limits as on 31.03.2023 are as follows:

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicants should have gained the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualifications and Post-Professional Qualification Experience stipulated for the notified Posts and narrated hereunder:
Essential Qualifications for Junior Resident Post:
Educational: As per the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC) Guidelines.
Note: Carry Relevant Original Certificates with Self-Attested Photocopies (01 set), 02 Photocopies of Passport-size Photographs and the Relevant Certificates issued by the Competent Authority in the Application Format prescribed by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of Reservation to the Reserved Candidates failing which they will not be allowed to participate in the Interview Process.
The Selection Criteria for Selection on Appointment as Junior Residents shall be conducted through Walk-in-Interviews involving Performance therein and Pre-Interview Verification/Scrutiny of the Testimonials/Documents. Post-Selection Full-Time Specialists shall be engaged for 44 Days’ Contractual Duration.
The Selected Candidates shall be appointed purely on a Contractual Basis for 44 Days or till Joining of Regular Bond Candidates, in which case Notice Period/Payment in lieu of the Notice period will not be Applicable.
According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Willingness should fill in the Prescribed Application Proforma, have Self-attested Copies with Originals, and report at the Interview Venue.
Note: The Intending Eligible Applicants may complete the Applications with Original Documents and One Set of Photocopies (Self-Attested) as listed in the Appended ESIC Recruitment Vacancy Notice.
Such Candidates must reach the Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital on the Date of Walk-in-Interview Date 04.08.2023, and the Time intimated/advised.
They should carry along both, One set of Self-attested Photocopies pertaining to Educational Qualification, Experience, Identity Proof, etc. and Original Testimonials. Mandatory Documents related Detail may be read in the Appended Official Notification.
i) Eligible Candidates may walk in and Register for the Interview Slot/Process between 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM on 28.07.2023. Any Candidate reaching after 10:30 AM shall not be permitted.
ii) Specimen Application Proforma is enclosed with the Advertisement.
iii) The Candidates are expected of furnishing all the Original Documents in respect of all the Parameters filled in the Application Format during Scrutiny on the Walk-in-Interview Day.
iv) The Candidates must report by 09:00 AM at the Venue on the Appointed/Scheduled Date.
