ESIC Recruitment 2023: Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Ministry of Labour and Employment, seeks Technical professionals for the engagement of IT Manager and IT Assistant through GeM Tender Terms. According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates would be engaged and deployed for three years from the date of engagement/ confirmation from ESIC Model Hospital Bapunagar, Ahmedabad. The hiring will be made for two vacancies. The age limit of interested candidates will be determined by the selection criteria. Shortlisted candidates would be offered a monthly pay of up to Rs.79,738 as per the official parameters outlined in the sections below. Applicants for the IT Manager position should have 6-8 years of experience in the stated disciplines, while applicants for the IT Assistant/ Technical Support Engineer position should have 2 – 4 years of experience in the relevant sector. The duty length of the IT Personnel will be standard working hours, i.e. Monday to Friday 09.00 A.M. to 04.00 P.M., and Saturday 09.00 A.M. to 01.00 P.M. for ESIC Model Hospital Bapunagar.

Candidates will be responsible to handle day to day basis technical support activities for Application Software. For IT Manager
The candidates should consist a degree in Master’s in Computer Applications or equivalent or BE / BTech in computer science/IT with 6 – 8 years of experience in incident Management, Service request management, etc.
For IT Assistant
Candidates should have a BCA or equivalent OR BSc Computer science networking or equivalent from a recognised university with 2 – 4 years of experience in managing breakdown calls and ensuring the closure of tickets.
