Desirable Qualification-

• The candidates who have retired in the last 2 years as of 31.10.2023.

• The candidates have working knowledge of computers viz MS Office, MS Windows, Excel, etc and PERT/ CPM techniques.

Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the candidates should be retired government engineers having experience in building construction and maintenance.

The scale of Pay for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted applicants will be paid a pay scale mentioned below:
For retired employees from pensionable govt. employment-

• The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration equivalent to the last pay is drawn minus pension drawn, according to the level/rank at the time of retirement/superannuation.

For retired employees from non-pensionable govt. / semi-govt. employment like Autonomous Bodies, PSUs etc.-

• The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 45000.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the applicants for the engineer will be appointed for a period of 01 year and the service will be extended annually till the age of 65 years subject to the filling up of the vacant post by regular recruitment.
