The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is currently accepting applications for an engagement of Senior Residents, Specialists, and Super Specialists on a contract positions.  For the designated position, there are 21 open positions, as per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2024.

Qualification for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the ESIC Recruitment 2024 must have the following qualifications.

Super Specialist

• Super-specialist (entry level)

1. Applicant must have a recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
2. Candidate should have a M.Ch./DM or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty.

• Super-specialist (Senior consultant):-

1. Applicant must have a recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).
2. Candidate should have a  M.Ch./DM or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty.

Specialist

1. Candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree/DNB or Diploma in respective specialty after MBBS with MCI registration.

Senior Residents

1. Candidate should have MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent as per residency scheme in concerned specialty from recognized University/Institution.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

In line with the official ESIC Recruitment 2024 notification, candidate will be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years which will be extended based on their performance.

Super Specialist

Candidate will be hired for Super-specialist position will be appointed for a period of o3 years. The contract would be extendable yearly based on satisfactory performance.

Specialist

Candidate will be hired for Specialist shall be recruited for a period of 03 years with annual evaluation and term is renewed every year based on satisfactory performance.

Senior Residents

Candidates who have completed 03 years Senior Residency from any Govt. Institute need not appear for interview for 03 years Residency Scheme. However, in case of non availability of candidates as per the category advertised, such candidates may apply for 39 days (on contract).

Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2024, candidate should have the following experience.

Super Specialist

• Super-specialist (entry level)

1. Candidates with at least 03 years  of experience in the concerned super specialty after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree will be considered for engagement.

• Super-specialist (Senior consultant):-

1. Candidates with at least 05 years experience in the concerned super specialty after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree will be considered for engagement.

Specialist

For Specialist (Jr. Level):-

1. Candidate should have  03 years experience in respective specialty for degree holders OR 05 years experience in respective specialty for Diploma holders.

For Specialist (Sr. Level):-

1. Candidate should have  05 years  experience in respective specialty for degree holders OR 07 years experience in respective specialty for Diploma holders.

Senior Residents

1. As per ESIC Hqrs letter dated 27.07.20, Preference is to be given to a PG qualified candidate and selection of non-PG qualified candidate may be resorted to only when PG qualified candidates are not available subject to the condition that such candidates possess at least 02 years working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.

Super Specialist

For aforementioned position selected candidate will get a monthly remuneration mentioned below.

1. For Entry level candidate will get  Rs. 200000 per month.
2. For  Senior Level candidate will get  Rs.240000 per month.

Specialist

1. For Specialist (Sr. Level) with 05 years experience post PG candidate will get a  Basic pay of Rs. 78800 as per 7th CPC (Level-12) + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month.
2. For Specialist (Jr. Level) with 03 years experience post PG  will get a  Basic pay of Rs. 67700 as per 7th CPC (Level-11) + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month.

Senior Residents

For aforementioned position candidate will get a Basic pay of Rs. 67700 as per 7th CPC (Level-11) + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month.
