Roles and Responsibility:

Contribute in defining and developing the vision and roadmap for to translate the People related data into meaningful insights for leadership to take People decisions.

Develop a road map in terms of technology for roll out (platform, interactions, UX/ UI ) keeping in mind the available inhouse technology and partners.

Partner with IT to Develop build / buy / borrow of technology for People Analytics. Translate results into business insights using appropriate data engineering, analytics, visualization and dashboard capabilities.

Develop and drive transformation change management across the organization for adopting a digital mindset to ensure the success of the strategy backed by Analytics.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Candidates should possesses MBA with specialization in HR, Engineering background preferred for Data Analytics from a reputed institute.

Experience:

Must have Overall 3-6 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in implementing the HR Data Analytics and tools like SPSS etc.

Skills:

Making use of existing HCM data from multiple sources and interfaces
Work with implementation and outsourcing partners to deliver cost efficient and sustainable outcomes.

Ability to maintain and handle sensitive employee data

Ability to think of data Risk mitigation plan

Work with multiple stakeholders across the group to identify areas of concern / use-cases and share actionable insights

Design thinking

Attention to detail and accuracy

Customer centric approach

Ability to influence at senior leadership levels within the organization
