FACT Recruitment 2023: The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) is a Schedule ‘A’ multi-divisional Central PSE, which is a pioneer in the manufacture and marketing of fertilizers, chemicals, and caprolactam. With activities spread over manufacturing, engineering design, consultancy, fabrication, etc., FACT has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to various posts through their Recruitment Notification No. 04/2023, dated 19.04.2023. As per FACT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the company has announced openings for various positions such as Senior Manager (Civil), Officer (Sales), Management Trainee (Chemical), Management Trainee (Electrical), Management Trainee (Instrumentation), Management Trainee (Marketing), Management Trainee (Finance), Technician (Process), Sanitary Inspector, Craftsman (Fitter cum Mechanic), Craftsman (Electrical), Craftsman (Instrumentation), and Rigger Assistant.
As per FACT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the educational qualifications for the mentioned positions require only full-time regular courses approved/recognized by UGC/AICTE/AIU. Qualifications acquired through part-time/correspondence/distance/private study/off-campus will not be considered. Candidates who possess a 5-year BE/B.Tech + ME/M. Tech-integrated dual degrees in the relevant engineering discipline will also be considered wherever applicable. The selection process will be different for each post, ranging from a test (CBT), personal interview, group discussion, skill test, or practical test. Candidates must submit their applications by 16.05.2023, which is the last date for submitting the application.

As per FACT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age limit for the candidates applying for different posts varies from 26 years to 45 years, depending on the post. The maximum age limit for the Officer (Sales), Management Trainee (Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Marketing, and Finance), and Craftsman (Fitter cum Mechanic) posts is 26 years. The maximum age limit for the Senior Manager (Civil) and Senior Manager (Human Resources and Administration) posts is 45 years. The maximum age limit for the Technician (Process) and Sanitary Inspector posts is 35 years.
According to the official notification of FACT Recruitment 2023, the Senior Manager (Civil) and Senior Manager (Human Resources & Administration) posts require a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of executive experience. The Officer (Sales) post requires a B.Sc degree in Agriculture with 60% marks, while the Management Trainee (Chemical), Management Trainee (Electrical), Management Trainee (Instrumentation), Management Trainee (Marketing), and Management Trainee (Finance) posts require a bachelor’s degree with 60% marks. The Technician (Process) post requires a B.Sc degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or a diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology and 2 years of experience. The Sanitary Inspector and Craftsman (Fitter Cum Mechanic) posts require a diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course and National Trade Certificate in the trade of Fitter/Mechanic, respectively.
As per FACT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the pay scales vary depending on the job position and range from Rs. 21,650 – Rs. 76,000 for Technician, Sanitary Inspector, and Craftsman positions to Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 2,00,000 for Senior Manager positions.
In accordance with the official notification of FACT Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of CBT, Personal Interviews, and Group discussions. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
