Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with technical content writers, product teams, creative teams, and marketing teams to deliver strategic content projects.
• Manage content operations, including content calendar, workflows, and deadlines.
• Review and edit technical content written by writers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in content creation and dissemination.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to content team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in content management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital markets, and financial products.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Editorial experience and the ability to provide constructive feedback on content.
