Ericsson is hiring an experienced Commercial Manager at their Anantpur, Andhra Pradesh location. This role would require formulating and driving a techno-commercial strategy for BNEW portfolio. The role calls for a strategic and collaborative engagement with accounts, domains, and business units to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations, take commercial decisions and drive monetization of BNEW portfolio.

What will you be doing:

Maintain interface toward specific Customer Department

Maintain interface toward specific Business Area

Provide in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy

Support customer negotiations

Support Key Account Managers in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy

Secure profitable sales

Ensure and align commercial proposals and Sales Processes with global guidelines

Provide input to the commercial strategy with Commercial awareness

Manage Commercial Management resources to secure short and long-term profitability through excellence in commercial management-owned Domain

Development and deployment of price/business models and commercial directives

Deploy price and business models

Drive commercial management excellence

Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with a commercial focus

Prepare and Present commercial trends and reports

Advise and guide commercial management functions!

Qualifications for this Job:

Education: Graduate in Engineering / Finance or equivalent.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience is required.

Skills: Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills, MS Office & Analytical skills, Drive and improve operational excellence

One will need to do well with Adapting & Responding to Change

Commercial Competence and Skills

Negotiation and Argumentation Skills

Financial foresight and skills

Risk Leadership skills.

Consultative selling skills including the ability to translate technology solutions into customer value
