GAIL (India) Limited, is a Maharana PSU and India’s flagship Natural Gas Company, integrating all aspects of the Natural Gas value chain (including Exploration and production, Processing, Transmission, Distribution and Marketing) and its related services. GAIL is seeking candidates for the post of Advisor (R and D) on a contract basis.

Age Limit for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of GAIL Recruitment 2023, the aforesaid position has a maximum age limit of 65 years as of 30.06.2023.

Salary for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of GAIL Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get a remuneration between Rs.150000 to Rs.300000 per month.

Qualification for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the GAIL Recruitment 2023 must have a Master’s degree in Science with an M.Tech/PhD in a field related to Chemical/Petroleum/ Polymer/ Petrochemical from a recognized University/ Institute with a good academic record. Candidates with granted Patents/ IPR/ Research Publications will be preferred.

Experience for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of GAIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have at least 25 years of relevant professional experience in technical, administrative and R&D lab project management across the hydrocarbon value chain with core expertise in one or more of the following:

1. Technology Development and Commercialization in the areas of alternative energy, petrochemicals and polymers, Nanotechnology, Analytical sciences etc.
2. Project experience in pilot/demo plant set-up and R&D centre set-up (preferably at a senior position at E9 level).
3. Relevant experience in IPR management, Technology forecasting, forgoing Academia -industry negotiations and finalization of Licensor agreements, etc. in the hydrocarbon R&D sector.
4. Detailed knowledge of the common day-to-day functioning of the R&D center with rich administrative and Managerial experience.

Tenure for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of GAIL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for one year.
