Qualification for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of GAIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have a Master’s degree in Science with an MTech/PhD in a field related to Chemical/Petroleum/ Polymer/ Petrochemical from a recognized University/ Institute with a good academic record. Candidates with granted Patents/ IPR/ Research Publications will be preferred.

Experience for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of GAIL Recruitment 2023, the required experience is mentioned below-

Candidate should have a minimum of 25 years of relevant professional experience in technical, administrative and R and D lab project management across the hydrocarbon value chain with core expertise in one or more of the following-

• Technology Development and Commercialization in the areas of alternative energy, petrochemicals and polymers, Nanotechnology, Analytical sciences etc.
• Project experience in pilot/demo plant set-up and R and D centre set-up (preferably at a senior position at E9 level).
• Relevant experience in IPR management, Technology forecasting, forgoing academic industry negotiations and finalization of Licensor agreements, etc. in the hydrocarbon R and D sector.
• Detailed knowledge of the common day-to-day functioning of R and D center with rich administrative and Managerial experience.
• Applicants from CPSEs should have superannuated at minimum E9 or equivalent grade in a Pay Scale of Rs.150000- 300000 (IDA-post 01.01.2017).

Tenure for GAIL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of GAIL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year.
