GATE 2025: Application Correction Window Opened, Make Corrections at gate2025.iitr.ac.in
GATE 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, has opened the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 correction window at its official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The last date to make changes to the application forms through the GATE 2025 Correction Window is November 6, 2024. To make changes, candidates will require login credentials such as application ID and password.
Through the GATE 2025 Correction Window, candidates can make changes to their name, date of birth, choice of exam city, change of existing paper, add a second paper, and other such things. To make each change candidates will be required to make a payment of Rs. 500.
The application date was previously extended by IIT Roorkee to October 11, 2024, with a late fee. Following multiple requests from candidates, the Institute decided to extend the registration period.
In accordance with the official statement released by the IIT Roorkee, the GATE 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 1, 2, 15 and 16, 2025. The exam will be organised in two sessions, one in forenoon and second in afternoon in a single day. The exam will include 30 test papers. The whole exam will include objective-type questions and will be whole in the English language.
