GMRC Recruitment 2023: Check Post, Qualification and How to Apply
GMRC Recruitment 2023: Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, is a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat. GMRC is inviting Applications for Assistant Company Secretary (Asst. Manager Level), Sr. Executive (Finance & Accounts) and Executive (HR) posts. The Contract Appointment will be initially for a minimum of 3 years to 5 years on an extendable basis. There are 05 vacancies for these posts. As per GMRC Recruitment 2023 notification, The maximum age limit is between 28 years to 32 years. The salary will be between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 160000.

Assistant Company Secretary (Asst. Manager Level)
Candidates should have earned Associate Membership in the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries (ICSI), and extra-legal training is preferred. The ideal candidate will have five years of relevant experience in the company secretarial department of a Central Public Sector Enterprise, a State Public Sector Enterprise, a Public Limited Company, or a large private limited company. They will also have a thorough understanding of the Companies Act, Rules & Regulations, Secretarial Standards, Corporate Governance, CSR, and other CSR-related issues. LLB or LLM degrees or other additional legal education would be preferred.
Candidate should have worked at least 2 years in a pay scale of ₹ 35000-110000 or 3 years in a pay scale of Rs. 30000-120000 OR should be working with reputed private organizations drawing salary (CTC) of a minimum Rs. 60000 per month (approximately).
Sr. Executive (Finance & Accounts)
The ideal candidate will hold a full-time MBA with a specialization in finance from a governmental recognized institute or university and be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or both. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant post-qualification experience working for a company managing significant infrastructure or construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of contract management, project accounting, financial statement preparation, capitalization of fixed assets, and direct and indirect taxation. Preferable is working knowledge of SAP-FICO.
Executive (HR)
The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in various HR-related areas in an organization carrying out significant infrastructure/construction projects, as well as a 2 year full-time MBA (HR), Master’s in Human Resource Management, or Post Graduate Diploma with Specialization in HR degree.
The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as recruitment and selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits management, training and development, statutory compliances, labor relations, and performance management systems, among others. Preferable is working knowledge of SAP (HCM).
