Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead team to effectively manage below:
• Onboard dealers and suppliers under banks dealer & vendor finance programs across sectors – Auto, Steel, White Goods, IT & IT Peripherals, FMCG, W&C etc.
• Lead end to end responsibilities from sourcing-limit approvals-documentation-limit set up-utilization-monitoring.
  Ensure quality of dealer onboarding.
  Liaison with internal teams – Credit, WMR, Legal, Ops for dealer onboarding related queries/process.
• Maintain relationship with dealer promoters and team to get best possible share, terms and utilization under HSBC DF limits.
• Cross sell other products – WC, TL, Trade, Wealth etc. Coordinate with relevant internal teams and ensure higher share of wallet.
• Contribute towards initiatives on digitization, product improvements etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA / CA
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in dealer finance acquisition role. Higher experience a positive.
• Product & Industry knowledge.
• Good understanding of financial / credit aspects.
