GPSC Recruitment 2023: Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions: Expert, Senior Technical Examiner, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Director, Principle, Junior Ophthalmologist, Senior Gynaecologist, Librarian, Planning Officer, Superintendent, Veterinary Officer, Assistant Conservator on deputation/contract basis. According to the GPSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 56 vacancies to be recruited at EDC House, Panaji-Goa. The candidates selected for open positions will be compensated monthly at level 14 (Rs.144200 to 2,18,200) of the salary matrix.

According to the GPSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates should have the following eligibilities.
For Senior Technical Examiner
Candidates should be Officers under the Central/ State Government and Union Territories holding posts in the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent, Executive Engineer or equivalent with 05 years of service in the grade. The candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent.
For Technical Examiner
Applicants should have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent.
For Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor
The candidates should be Officers under the Central/ State Government/ Union Territories Administration holding analogous posts.

According to the GPSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the age range of interested candidates should not be between 45 to 50 years old as of the application registration deadline.
According to the GPSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidate who is selected will be compensated on a monthly basis at level 14 (Rs.144200 to 2,18,200) of the pay matrix.
According to the GPSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, Selected candidates who do not have an Associateship Diploma will be sent for training in the Forest Research Institute and Colleges, Dehradun, or the State Forest Service College and Research Centre, Burnihat (Assam Meghalaya Border), or the Associateship Diploma of the F.R.I.&C. Dehradun. Failure to complete the aforementioned training will preclude them from claiming retention as Assistant Commissioner. Proficiency in Konkani language is a must. If suitable candidates with Konkani knowledge are not available for positions in professional colleges, consultants in the Directorate of Health Services, and highly technical/scientific posts, the Goa Public Service Commission may recommend a candidate if otherwise found fit, and this requirement may be relaxed by the Government.
