Role and Responsibilities

• When cause of discrepancy is identified, problem solving and analysis skills used to determine appropriate course of action.
• Detailed emails may be required for proper documentation
• Sending Pre-alerts and checking 1Y/3Z status for compliance regulation for US Shipments
• Scanning Arrival Notices into Image Management
• Check carrier and CFS websites for shipment milestones and enter into E2K
  Use of various software packages may be needed for processing of adjustments for invoices
• Proactive follow up with internal and external customers may be needed to eliminate future discrepancies.
• Process corrections timely and accurately utilizing proper methods.
• Must meet above minimum acceptable requirements for both quantity and quality elements on a consistent basis.
• Calculates & process large and complex adjustments with appropriate reasoning and research skills.

Job Summary

• Coordinator will be responsible to assist and respond to customer inquiries concerning their invoices while meeting the department performance criteria
• The applicant should have good communication and analytical skills and should be systematic in his approach. The position mandates emphasis on quality and a Positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.

• Knowledge of MS office
