Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, experiment, and ship new business features to enhance/create existing/new ad products.
• Optimize XAP code and evolve architectures to maximize performance and minimize cost.
• Work on flighting and analyzing metrics impact of key features
• Deep dive into data to find key insights that drive technical design and feature roadmaps
• Work with partner ads and Bing teams to light-up different ads scenarios, and leverage their work
• Operational support for the product to fix bugs and mitigate/resolve livesites

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Must have BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
• Must have 3 years in C/C++/C#/Java and product development experience
• Must have 3 years Proficiency in data structures and algorithms

Required Qualifications:

• A team player with lot of curiosity
• Working knowledge of any other cloud service
• Experience in shipping production quality code
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in online advertising systems, information retrieval systems, web search systems, big data processing pipelines, database applications, large scale internet applications, and/or distributed systems required.
