Overview:

Groww is hiring an experienced HR – Payroll at their Bangalore location. You will be responsible for working on Payroll processes, SOP’s review & amendments for the audits, ensuring checks & control are being taken care and managing payroll data and relevant reconciliations to finance

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Ensures the organisations payroll is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The candidate should be equipped with the payroll tool, processing monthly
salary input, calculation of payroll, validating salary calculations with fixed
compensation, ensuring the accuracy of salary along with TDS, PF, ESI, PT,
advance deductions.

Maintaining registers & book keepings for statutory records, handling queries of
salary, TDS, PF, advance deductions.

Manages the escalation process for any issues with payroll and with the chosen
outsourced provider.

Verifying data for payroll by checking carefully the information received and
raising queries when required.

Responsible for keeping all payroll data safe and confidential at all times while
adhering to local rules for data protection

Closely working with payroll outsourcing vendor on payroll input & output, TDS
challans, PF, ESI, PT challans and returns filling within due dates.

Manages relocation expenses validations, salary advances, handling car lease, Flexible components mapping in the tool.

Qualifications for this Job:

B.com/M.com/MBA

4 to 8 years or with Relevant experience.

Excellent with MS Excel – able to visualize standardize monthly / quarterly financial reports.

Good verbal and written communications skills.
