GSL Recruitment 2023: Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) is hiring candidates to fill up Consultant (HR) on a contractual basis. According to the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for a period of 06 months, which will be extended further for 01 year each or part thereof until 65 years of age, depending upon the requirement of the Company and the performance of the Person engaged.
As per the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have at least 02 years of working experience in the relevant field. In accordance with the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the aforementioned position is 63 years old. Candidate should have 2 years MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma in HRM / IR /Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / /labour laws.
As per the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in HR functions like Policy formulation/ Establishment Matters/ PMS/ Talent Engagement and Development Industrial Relations/ Disciplinary matters/ Contract Labour Management/ legal compliances, etc. Should have sound knowledge of HR Policies in PSUs and Govt. guidelines w.r.t Employee matters and legal compliances. In the case of a retired PSU Executive, he/she should have superannuated in the pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (E-7) and above or equivalent level in case of Officer retired from Central/State Government Indian Navy/Army Air Force and Indian Coast Guard.
Desirable
Experience in strategic HR initiatives like Talent Nurturing and Management, Designing Employee engagement practices, and initiating other innovative global HR practices. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations as applicable to CPSEs. Experience in PSU will be preferred.
