HAL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is under the Ministry of Defense, Government of India invites applications from qualified candidates for Apprenticeship training for Diploma and Non-Engineering Graduate. According to the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the training is for a period of 1 year. As mentioned in the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the candidate must have Diploma degree or are graduate from any recognized university. As per the the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates will be selected on the basis of aggregate percentage of marks of all semesters/years. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later through email/phone.
As given in the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 9000. Applications are invited from qualified candidates for Apprenticeship training for Diploma and Non-Engineering Graduate.

For Non-Engineering Graduate- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 9000.
For Diploma Holders- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 8000.

Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible to apply for HAL Recruitment 2023.
Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible to apply for HAL Recruitment 2023.
Candidates applying for HAL Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifiactions-
For Non-Engineering Graduate-
1- Candidate shall pass degree in non-engineering with aggregate percentage of 60% and above for General and OBC category and 50% and above for SC/CT category.
2- Candidate should possess graduation from a recognized Board /University in India on or after 01/12/2020.
For Diploma Holders-
1- Candidate shall pass diploma in engineering with aggregate percentage of 60% and above for General and OBC category and 50% and above for SC/CT category.
2- Candidate should possess diploma from a recognized Board /University in India on or after 01/12/2020.
