Age Limit for HAL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, candidates should be a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 50 years to apply for the post of Teaching Faculty in Aeronautics College and should be a maximum age of 45 years to apply for the post of PGT/TGT/PRT Teacher in VS Vidyalaya and Teacher Post in ADAV High School.

Salary for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs.19000.

Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification for specified posts are mentioned below-

Teaching Faculty in Aeronautics College-

For Junior Lecturer-

• Master’s degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with a minimum second class in the Bachelor’s Degree. M.Phil., and Ph.D. will be considered as added qualifications.
• Provided that candidates belonging to the scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall possess a Master’s Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at least 50% of marks or its equivalent grade with a minimum second class in the Bachelor’s Degree.

For Laboratory Assistant-Cum-Store Keeper-

• Master’s Degree/ Graduation in Science and Second Class Honours in the subject concerned.

For Physical Education Teacher-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce/ Science with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) with at least 45% in aggregate from a recognized University/Institute.

For Lower Division Clerk-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce/ Science with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) with at least 45% in aggregate from a recognized University/Institute. Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science with a diploma in computer application. Knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage.

PGT/TGT/PRT Teacher in VS Vidyalaya-

For PGT-

• Master’s Degree & Graduation with the subject concerned and B.Ed. from a recognized Univ.

For PRT-

• Graduation with the subject from a recognized Univ.

For TGT-

• Master’s Degree/Graduation with the subject concerned and B.Ed from a recognized Univ.

For Spl Educator-

• Graduation with B.Ed. in Spl Edn from a recognized Univ.
• Candidates with good storytelling ability will be preferred.

For Academic Coordinator-

• Master’s degree in any subject with B.Ed. from a recognized University.
• Candidates should possess good coordination, organizing, management and administrative skills to aid in the smooth functioning of the school.

For Data Entry Operator-

• BCA/B.Sc.(Comp.Sc/IT)/Any Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application.

Teacher Post in ADAV High School-

For Montessori/Primary (For Class LKG-V)-

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts /Science and N.T.T/B.Ed from a recognized university.

For Maths /Science, MIL (Odia) and Sanskrit (For Upper Primary & Secondary Level-Class VI to X)-

• Master/Bachelor’s Degree with the subject concerned and B.Ed. from a recognized university.

Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The date of the interview will be intimated separately to the shortlisted candidates. Applicants will be required to attend the interview at their own expense.
