HAL is inviting  eligible applicant for Retired Employees from Central Government Organizations/ Central Government Ministries under Government of India to fill out the post of Consultant/Advisor on Contract Basis at HAL.

• Applicant should have retired from Central Government Organizations/ Central Government Ministries under Government of India after Dec 2023 and possessing the practical Knowledge, adequate experience in the field of Civil Aviation / Design and Development of Helicopter.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 25 years of working experience in the field of Civil Aviation/ Design and Development of Helicopter.
• Aspirants should have thorough knowledge and understanding of the Aircraft Rules 1937 along with prevailing Civil Aviation requirements (CAR) issued by DGCA and the Airworthiness standards / codes issued by other Civil Aviation Authorities such as FAA, EASA, etc.
• Applicant possessing experience of having worked with HAL and its Certification of Civil Platforms would be accorded preference during selection /Engagement.
• Candidate should also have the knowledge of ICAO requirements towards Civil Aircraft Certification projects.
• Aspirant must have unblemished Service Record.
• No Retired Government Employee shall be eligible for Engagement as a Consultant unless there is a gap of minimum one month from the date of Superannuation of the Employee and the date of Engagement on Contract basis.
• Candidate should have retired at prescribed Pay Level of Rs. 120000- 280000 or equivalent / higher Pay Scale.

Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the HAL Recruitment 2024 must have full time regular Degree in Engineering /Technology in Aeronautical Engineering or its equivalent from reputed and Recognized University.

Age Limit for HAL Recruitment 2024:

In line with the official HAL Recruitment 2024 notification, the upper age limit for Consultant/Advisor position should not be more than 62 years.

Remuneration for HAL Recruitment 2024:

The chosen applicant will receive a lump sum consolidated compensation each month in accordance with the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024. Over the course of the Contract, the Consolidated Remuneration set will not vary.

The Contract Engagement will not include any annual increments or percentage increases. The Consolidated Remuneration will not surpass the amount of the following:

1. The most recent basic pay was distributed in the evening.
2. The final DA made at p.m.
3. On the final Basic Pay drawn in the evening, HRA is payable at the rate in effect at the Station of Engagement.
4. A Canteen Allowance of Rs. 2500 per month, and
5. The Average Amount per Month, if Any, Disbursed for a Cell Phone in the Final Year of Service OR Rs.2800 per month, whichever is Less;
6. The monthly quantum of conveyance allowance would be Rs. 6090.

Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the Official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024, candidates will be selected through a personal interview. Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the date and time on the HAL website and by email. The selection interview will be place in Bangalore only.
