HAL Recruitment 2024: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking is hiring eligible and capable candidates for the post of Aircraft Technician. Two trades are open under this post, Airframe and Electrical. There are a total of 09 vacancies open under this opportunity, according to the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024. Candidates applying for the above-assigned position must hold a Diploma degree in Engineering in the respective trades or equivalent. Applicants must possess an upper age limit of 28 years as of 01.10.2024 i.e., candidates must be born after 01/10/1996. Candidates from SC/ST and OBC-NCL have been awarded age relaxation of 5 and 3 years respectively. For the PwD category candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years.
Following the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024, selected candidates will be engaged on tenure basis for a period of four years from the date of engagement. However, an extension of tenure for a further period of 04 years may be considered. Chosen applicants will be posted to, Porbandar (Gujarat), Ratnagiri, and Shikra-Mumbai (see below). Selected candidates in HAL Recruitment 2024 will be paid a basic pay of Rs. 23000 plus other benefits and allowances as per entitlement. As per the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024, selected candidates will be posted in any of the following Bases spread across different locations of the country of Helicopter MRO Division i.e. Porbandar (Gujarat), Ratnagiri, Shikra-Mumbai, Nasik (Maharastra), Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and Missamari (Assam).
The selection process for HAL Recruitment 2024 will comprise of Short listing of Applications, Conduct of Written Test, Document Verification, Pre-employment Medical Examination, Verification of Character and Antecedents from the concerned Authorities and issuance of Final Offer of engagement.
As indicated in the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2024, candidates selected for the specified position will be engaged for the initial period of four years from the date of engagement. However, an extension of tenure for a further period of 04 years may be considered on case-to-case basis, in cases where workload and requirement exist.
