HCIL Recruitment 2023: Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCIL) is hiring experienced professionals of India Nationality for the posts of Fire-cum-Security Officer, Security-cum-Fire Supervisor, and Security-cum-Fire Guard. As mentioned in the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a fixed-term basis for a period of 3 years. According to the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for Fire-cum-Security Officers is 45 years, for Security Supervisors is 50 years, and for Security, Guards is 40 years as of 01.05.2023. There are a total of 22 vacancies for the given posts.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The interview will be held on 26.05.23 from 10: 30 am. In accordance with the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 35000. In accordance with the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the posts of Fire-cum-Security Officer, Security-cum-Fire Supervisor and Security-cum-Fire Guard. There are a total of 22 vacancies for the given posts.

HCIL RECRUITMENT 2023

Age Limit for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-

For Fire-cum-Security Officer– The upper age limit is 45 years,

For Security Supervisor– The upper age limit is 50 years

For Security Guard– The upper age limit is 40 years as of 01.05.2023.

The upper Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given
age relaxation as per rules. All such relaxations would be required to produce the original certificate issued by the appropriate authority for Central Government employment.

Salary for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

According to official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 35000.

For Fire-cum-Security Officer– The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 35000.

For Security Supervisor– The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 21890.

For Security Guard– The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 19865.

Tenure for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

The appointment is made on a fixed term basis for a period of 3 years. The Fixed Term Contract shall be extendable, depending upon performance and Company’s requirement.

Qualification for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of HCIL recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications-

For Fire-cum-Security Officer Graduate with Certificate Course in Fire Fighting or equivalent. However, preference will be given to B.E (Fire) and for Defence candidates with Fire and Safety related certification course. Candidate should have sufficient knowledge about fire fighting, fire prevention, gathering intelligence, investigation of cases, preparing security reports, etc. He should be smart in appearance.

Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in flight catering industry or Hotel or Warehouse.

For Security Supervisor– Graduate or equivalent. Candidate should have sufficient knowledge about fire fighting, fire prevention, gathering intelligence, investigation of cases, preparing security reports, etc. They should be smart in appearance.

Experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flight catering industry or Hotel or Warehouse.

For Security Guard– Literate or preferably 12th Standard. They should be smart in appearance.

Experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flight catering industry or Hotel or Warehouse.

Selection Procedure for HCIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The interview will be held on 26.05.23 from 10: 30 am to 12:30 pm.

The eligible candidate is to carry an application form duly filled and pasted with a photo.
