HCL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is looking for eligible applicants to fill up the post of Trade Apprentice under the Apprentices Act 1961. According to the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, applicants should have cleared the 10th class examination under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent. 10 seats are available for the relevant position.
As given in the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will have to undergo a training period of 1 year. Candidates will be chosen on the basis of merit determined by their ITI and 10th-grade grades according to the HCL Recruitment 2023 official Notification. In accordance with the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, the age of the candidate should be a maximum of 21 years as of the cut-off date. Selected applicants will be paid as admissible under the rules. In accordance with the Apprentices Act of 1961, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is seeking qualified candidates to occupy the position of Trade Apprentice. For the appropriate position, ten seats are available.
The official HCL Recruitment 2023 notification, the candidate will need to complete a year-long training programme.

Technical Qualification
Candidates will be selected based on their merit, as assessed by their grades from the 10th grade and their ITI. Marks earned in relevant trade at ITI will be weighted 40%, and marks earned in the 10th board will be awarded 60% of the total weight. The candidate who is older will be given consideration if two or more candidates receive equal marks during the preparation of the merit list.
Candidate age must be at least 21 years old, according to the official HCL Recruitment 2023 Notification. For SC/ST applicants and OBC candidates, there is a 05-year concession on the maximum age restriction, while a 03 year relaxation is permitted.
