HCSL Recruitment 2024: The Hooghly Cochin Shipyard Limited (HCSL) is inviting applications from willing and eligible Indian citizens for filling up the post of Fire Inspector on a Contract Basis. Only 01 vacancy is open for the respective post. In respect to the official notification of HCSL Recruitment 2024, candidates interested in working in this position must have passed in SSLC and should have successfully completed the Sub Officers Course from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur or an equivalent course conducted by Armed Forces or State Fire Force or central PSU. Candidates should have a minimum of 04 years of industry experience in firefighting and allied Operations OR a Minimum of four years of firefighting service experience from the Armed Forces or from the Central Armed Police Forces. The selected candidates will be given a salary of upto Rs.27490.
In accordance with the official notification of HCSL Recruitment 2024, candidates applying must have an age limit that should not exceed 35 years as of 31.08.2024. The candidates selected for HCSL Recruitment 2024 will be appointed on a temporary basis for a maximum period of 03 years subject to project requirements and individual performance.

The selection process for HCSL Recruitment 2024 will be based on the Objective type and Descriptive type written tests. The Objective Type Written Test will be of 80 marks and will consist of two parts General (30 Marks) and Discipline related (50 Marks). The Descriptive Type Written test will of 20 marks. The Objective test will be stretched upto 90 minutes and the Descriptive test for 45 minutes.
