9. Services of Non-Banking financial institutions.
10. Services under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005.
11. New connection of LPG and supply of LPG or refills and its connected services.
12. Services relating to the issuance of Adhar Card, Ration Card, Voter Identity card and below poverty line (BPL) Card.
13. Services relating to old age pension, pension and unemployment allowances.
14. Mobile phone and internet services and include any service which the Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be, may, in the public interest, by notification, declare to be a public utility service for the purposes of this Chapter.

• The candidate should have sufficient knowledge of Marathi to enable him/her to speak, read, write and translate with facility from Marathi into English and vice-versa.
