HAL India Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, is offering a one-year Apprenticeship Training program under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) for Non-Engineering Graduate and Engineering Diploma holders of Karnataka State. Technical Training Institute, HAL, Bangalore will conduct a walk-in selection drive for candidates with degrees in BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA and Diploma Engineering holders in various streams. As per HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection will take place from May 22 to May 26, 2023, at the Technical Training Institute in Bangalore.
As per HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the training program aims to provide an opportunity for candidates to gain practical knowledge and experience in the field of their respective streams, which will enhance their employability prospects. Candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria, including being a domicile of the State of Karnataka, having a diploma in engineering or a degree in Non-Engineering, and possessing graduation/diploma from a recognized Board/University in India on or after 01/10/2020. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.
During the 12-month Apprenticeship Training, graduate and diploma holders will receive stipends of Rs. 9000/- and Rs. 8000/-, respectively, in addition to subsidized canteen facilities. The selection process will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the aspiring candidates must register as “STUDENT” in the apprenticeship portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and bring a copy of the registration form. Candidates must report to the selection venue with the required original documents and one set of self-attested photo copies, along with two passport size color photographs.
